1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourtNomad (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Services
CourtNomad provides a platform for tennis players, clubs, and coaches to connect, schedule matches, and track skill-based ratings. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for the conduct of users during matches or at third-party club venues. Court availability and booking terms are set by the respective clubs.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to submit false match results, or to manipulate the rating system. Violations may result in immediate account suspension. Please review our Code of Conduct for detailed expectations.
6. Ratings & Rankings
Ratings are calculated automatically using the Glicko-2 algorithm based on reported match outcomes. CourtNomad does not guarantee the accuracy of ratings and may adjust or reset them to maintain system integrity. Deliberate manipulation of ratings is a serious violation and may lead to permanent suspension.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users regarding match results should first be submitted through the in-app dispute flow. CourtNomad's moderation team will review the evidence and issue a final decision within 7 business days. For disputes involving CourtNomad directly, you agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any legal action.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
