Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, city, playing preferences, and match results. When you use the Service, we also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device/browser information. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate and improve CourtNomad: calculating your skill rating, matching you with suitable opponents, sending transactional emails (match confirmations, notifications), and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.
Data Sharing
We share limited data with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (infrastructure), and Stripe (payments). Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time from your account settings page. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, personal identifiers are removed within 30 days; anonymised match statistics may be retained for service improvement. Waitlist entries are retained until you request removal or CourtNomad launches in your city and you convert to a full account.
